Delivery Information
Delivery is only available within the UK.
Please check all delivery details before checkout, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information supplied at the time of the order.
If you wish your balloon to have a personal message please use the additional information option.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, subject to conditions.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays
For your piece of mind we deliver all of our Balloon gifts via Recorded Royal Mail First Class/ ParcelForce. However we cannot specify an exact time or date. Royal Mail aim to deliver all First Class items the next working day subject to conditions.
We cannot take responsibility for late deliveries affected by adverse weather conditions, industrial action, incorrectly supplied address details, strikes, natural disasters, industrial accidents, road accidents or terrorist activity.
Royal Mail provides a 'Track and Trace service'. You will be emailed an order confirmation and also a separate dispatch notice for your reference with a tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery of the item. If there is noone available to sign for the gift
a card will be left and the gift will be returned to the Post Office / Local delivery office.

Lost or Damaged Items must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
Balloons ordered for the Channel Islands, Scotland and Northern Island are normally transported by air and occasionally have burst due to the changes in air pressure. Unfortunately this is beyond Basically Balloons control and customers order to these destinations at their own risk.
