balloons and balloon gifts are delivered either by ourselves by hand where
possible, or Recorded Royal Mail First Class delivery/Parcelforce and
need to be signed for if no one is available to sign for the gift, a card will
be left and it will be returned to the Post Office for the recipient
to collect or arrange re-delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for a
late delivery if no one is available to sign for it. Other items
may be posted by other methods dependant on size.
It is the
customers responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and

How to care
for your Stuffed Balloon:-
§ Always pop balloons under adult supervision away

Royal Mail provides a 'Track and Trace service'. You will be emailed an
order confirmation and also a separate dispatch notice for your reference with
a tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery of the item. If
there is noone available to sign for the gift a card will be left and the
gift will be returned to the Post Office / Local delivery office.
